Cancellation Policy

Terms and conditions • No persons under the age of 18 are permitted on our investigations, anyone who looks under 18 will be asked for identification on the evening. • Pregnant women are unfortunately unable to attend events, this is for your own safety as you would be spending most of the event in darkness with some older locations having uneven floors etc. • NO ALCOHOL OR DRUGS AT ANY TIME, anyone who appears under the influence of any substance will be removed from the event. • Some of our locations are unsuitable for people with disabilities, as your safety is very important to us if you do have any disabilities please contact us before making your booking so that we can advise you on the suitability of the location. • All guests taking part in our events do so at their own risk, we carry out risk assessments at each location before we start the investigation and any risks found will be addressed in a briefing before we start. Otherworld paranormal accept no liability for any injury or accident to a guest or any items belonging to the location resulting from non-compliance with our terms/conditions and or instructions. • NO SMOKING OR VAPING inside of any buildings during events at any time, designated smoking areas will be pointed out in the briefing. • Please wear suitable clothing and footwear, it can get cold later on in the night so be prepared. • Please ensure you have a torch with you as we spend long periods walking around in darkness. • Please be respectful to guests and staff at all times, everyone is attending to have a good time, anyone who breaks this rule will be removed from the event immediately. • We accept no responsibility for loss or damage to any personal items on our investigations, please only bring essential items to events. • If for any reason an event is cancelled due to circumstances out of our control we will reschedule the event, if you are unable to make this date you can transfer your ticket to another event. We accept no responsibility for any travel or accommodation charges or losses you incur due to event cancellation. • We will assume that anyone who has booked tickets for multiple people has passed on this information and everyone has agreed to it. • Some locations will be near residential areas, please be mindful of this when arriving and ESPECIALLY when leaving events.
